The OVER Group company received the “Company of the Future 2016” certificate during the gala in the Jagiellonian University Collegium Novum on the April 19th.

The certificate was awarded in the third edition of the National Program of Certification for Companies and Entities Performing Economic Activities – “Przedsiębiorstwo Przyszłości” [Company of the Future].

The certificate has been issued by the Commission of Experts representing the scientific community. The contest jury, reviewing the company’s operations, focused to the pro-innovation measures of the company, its human resources management system, the medium-term and long-term objectives based on comprehensive quality management, openness to innovation and efficient establishment of its brand on the market.

We are glad that our company’s potential has been recognized by an esteemed group of experts representing the scientific community. It is particularly important to us, because from the beginning of our business we have been closely cooperating with the community, also during the implementation of the Smart Growth operational program – says Mr. Stanisław Gosiewski, the Managing Co-owner.

We would like to thank the Commission for appreciating the efforts of our entire team to implement innovation, both in terms of products as well as our development path and our system of managing the enterprise –  added Mr. Paweł Toborowicz, the Managing Co-owner.

A pleasant surprise was also the fact that Mr. Paweł Toborowicz and Mr. Stanisław Gosiewski were presented with the “Success Manager” awards. This award is presented to the heads of companies who exhibit particular, personal commitment to the development of an innovative economy and focus on human capital. The award is for is managers with outstanding and significant achievements.

From 2013, the award has been presented to companies that are characterized by an innovative approach to business. The “Company of the Future” program indicates companies with rapid development that are ahead of the competition, offer innovative products and services, dynamically react to changes in the environment, which positively surprises the market.

The “Company of the Future 2016” certificate was accepted by the the Managing Co-owners of the OVER Group.
